Data validation in forms 🤝
It won’t be any news to you that forms are among Qualifio’s data collection essentials. We are reaffirming their role in data collection by enhancing them with a data validation feature!
What can this feature do? Put simply, it validates, corrects, and uniformises the data you collect through forms. This includes phone numbers, email addresses, and postal addresses ✅
This validation ensures these types of information are accurate and high-quality before entering your database, ultimately enhancing your marketing operations and ROI. No one wants to waste their budget reaching out to with non-existent addresses and phone numbers, right?

Multimedia library update 📸
If you frequently work with multimedia files on Qualifio, you might have noticed that we have revamped our multimedia library. This update brings you usability improvements and lightning-fast media uploading and browsing ⚡️ Enjoy the speed!
Qualifio organisations 🏘️
Are you familiar with the concept of organisations on the platform? An organisation is essentially an entity that oversees multiple Qualifio accounts.
If you manage a single brand or several brands within the same market, you can use Qualifio as a single account. However, if your business operates across various markets or manages a larger portfolio of brands, you will likely use Qualifio as an organisation with a number of accounts.
Organisations allow you to structure Qualifio in multiple accounts that are tailored to different brands or markets, aligning with the hierarchy of your business or your specific requirements. While individual accounts are typically managed by different users and contain unique content, their organisation allows for creating and sharing content easily across its accounts.
Variables at organisation level
Variables are truly part of the foundations of data collection on Qualifio. You can use them to personalise messages for participants within your campaigns, and to ensure data sharing between Qualifio and your other platforms that store the same type of information.
With this update, you can now choose where your variables are available. Create variables for a single Qualifio account, or make them available to all accounts within an organisation.
💡 Variables used at organisation level simplify data management when you operate multiple accounts under the same organisation, helping you remain consistent across accounts.
Cross-account form duplication
Have you ever created the perfect form in a Qualifio account and wished you could use it on another? Do you often collect similar data through forms in different Qualifio accounts?
Say no more! You can now duplicate a form from one account to another belonging to the same organisation.
Using this feature can be a significant time saver, besides reducing the risk of manual errors that sometimes come with replicating forms from scratch 📝
💡 Features related to Qualifio organisations, including organisation-level variables or cross-account form duplication, are accessible to users with the Admin or Marketer roles. Need more information? Get in touch!
New in reward programs 🎁
Reward programs have also got their share of updates and improvements! 🌟 If you’re new to the concept, reward programs are a powerful marketing tool that incentivises your audience to engage with your brand and share their data recurrently. How? By establishing a point system where members earn points for every interaction, which they can exchange for exciting rewards.
These programs are hosted within member portals—gated digital spaces where your audience can participate in your Qualifio campaigns and interact with other branded content. After logging in once, members can regularly return to your reward program to interact with new content and accumulate points for their preferred rewards.
Moulinex, a leader in the small appliance sector and a Groupe SEB company, launched a reward program with Qualifio to qualify their customer database and personalise their communications. Read their success story and discover the impact reward programs can have on your marketing strategy.
Here’s a quick look at some of the new additions to reward programs:
- Form and opt-in prefilling: have you collected certain information via forms or opt-in consent from a program member? You’ll save them time in future campaigns by pre-filling these form fields and opt-ins in all campaigns where these appear within your member portal.
- Limitations to burning rules: burning rules define the criteria for members to redeem rewards. Now, you set a limit to how many times a member of your program can redeem a particular reward, ensuring fair reward distribution across participants.
- Portal versions: do you need to revert to a previous version of your member portal? A portal version history is now available, allowing you to restore earlier versions as you need.

Slice it!
Slice it! is a dynamic format where participants earn points by slicing up items as they fly through the air.
This format will be perfect for injecting some fun into your campaigns while incentivising your audience to share their data and join contests. And, why not showcase your products as sliceable items in the game, or publish it on your platforms to increase mobile engagement?
Tournament brackets
The tournament brackets format is also coming to Qualifio, and it’s extremely versatile! What’s the concept? Participants pick a winner between two contenders in a series of match-ups, until only one is left. Sounds familiar? 🏆
While inspired by sports competitions, this format can be adapted to nearly any context! From movie awards and product showdowns to polls on trending topics or yearly events, you’ll be able to give this format a spin and turn it into the campaign you’re looking for.
This format will successfully generate digital engagement around popular events and topics, while helping you collect data about your audience’s preferences.
Accessibility improvements
Our forms are evolving to be more inclusive! 🤗 In line with WCAG 2.0 standards, upcoming updates will enhance the accessibility of Qualifio forms, making them usable by everyone. Stay tuned for more!
