From empowering our customers to create over 65,000 interactive campaigns to driving more effective data collection and introducing innovative features that redefine user engagement, this year has demonstrated, once again, our shared dedication and vision.

But none of this would be possible without our customers. Their creativity, trust, and feedback inspire us every day to innovate and improve. Looking back, we’re reminded that every achievement, big or small, is a shared victory. And it is this victory that fuels our passion to deliver even more in the years ahead.

A word from our CEO

This year, we set out to build stronger, more meaningful connections with our clients. We challenged ourselves to work smarter, stay flexible, and keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Our clients continue to inspire us, finding new and creative ways to use Qualifio that push us to innovate and improve. Each day in 2024 gave us a chance to learn, grow, and collaborate on ambitious projects that drive real impact.

We’ve also expanded our footprint in Europe, welcoming new clients in Germany and refining our solutions to better support brands across different sectors. Looking back on this year’s progress, we’re more determined than ever to get even closer to our clients, understand their needs, and keep improving our platform to help them reach their goals.

A year of connection

As you’ve just read, we made 2024 all about our customers. This is why we’re calling it a year of connection. Growth and engagement are always important. But they mean little if the foundation of our business, our relationship with our customers, isn’t nurtured.

At Qualifio, every decision we made this year was guided by the impact it would have on our customers. Why do we do what we do? How is our latest feature going to contribute to our clients’ goals? Our new gamified format, the Maze Muncher, was driven by the need to help our clients engage their audiences in fun, meaningful ways, boosting participation and brand interaction.

The challenges our clients face and how we can help them overcome these are something else we constantly have in our minds. Many clients struggle with managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy. In response, we launched data validation tools for phone numbers, emails, and postal addresses, making reliable data collection easier than ever.

Are we addressing their data collection and engagement needs? We’re continuously doing our best to do so! With our features, including improvements in personalisation through dynamic variables and data validation, we empower our clients to run efficient campaigns and make data-driven decisions that lead to success.
