Qualifio is now part of the Ibexa family

Earlier this year, Qualifio joined Ibexa, the Marketing Orchestration Platform, alongside Actito, Raptor, Quable, and Cohesivo. Together, these products help marketers cover the full customer journey, collecting data, activating it, and delivering personalised experiences at scale.

Qualifio remains the same product you know and trust, but now sits within a broader ecosystem designed for the complexity and governance of modern marketing.

Cross-campaign prizes

You can now create a single prize pool and share it across campaigns, managing all prizes and related information from a single place 🎁

💡 This is especially useful when you have campaign duplicates for different languages or markets. You can even translate prize information directly when setting up your prize pool!

Cross-account campaign duplication

Duplicating campaigns across Qualifio accounts is now available to all user roles, not just super admins (observers excluded).

Campaigns can be duplicated regardless of their format, helping you build standardised templates for your team and reduce the risk of errors that can come with manual duplication.

New campaign preview

The campaign preview has been upgraded to be clearer, safer, and more flexible 🌟 With this update, you can:

  • Resize campaigns instantly without relaunching their preview
  • Test accessible features without affecting campaigns
  • Make preview links expire after 7 days to increase security

Phone number verification via SMS

Verifying the phone numbers you collect helps you gather accurate and secure data from your audience, reducing fraud risk and improving data reliability. You can now verify phone numbers via SMS:

  1. They enter the code to complete their participation
  2. A participant fills out a campaign’s form, sharing their phone number
  3. They receive a one-time code via SMS (through a third-party provider of your choice)

💡 Do you collect phone numbers without verification? Get in touch to activate this feature for your account.

New gamified format: runner

A game where participants dive, jump, and slide to collect bonuses while dodging obstacles! 🏃

Use this format to drive engagement, increase the time your audience spends on your sites, and encourage data sharing by turning it into a contest.

You can customise the game’s background, character, obstacles, bonuses, and music to match your brand’s identity.

No technical skills required 😉

💡 Previously available on demand from our Studio, the runner is now available as part of our advanced formats add-on.

Accessibility updates

We continue to improve accessibility across all content you create on Qualifio. These are some of the latest updates:

  • Toggle mode now available across campaigns, allowing you to switch between accessible and non-accessible mode (when using accessible mode, non-accessible features will be flagged with a red icon)
  • Repeat it! supports outline colour, keyboard navigation, and screen readers
  • Slice it!, smash it!, and obstacle run support outline colour, keyboard navigation, and a screen reader disclaimer
  • Minisites are now accessible by default

Prediction game

The prediction game is a branded experience where participants predict match results throughout a tournament.

🙋 Members sign up once and participate across the full tournament

🏆 They earn points for their correct predictions, exchangeable for rewards

⚽️ Leverage engagement during sports competitions or other events that your audience is interested in

💡 This format is available with your reward program license or custom-made by our Studio.

Here are some of the features and formats that we’re currently working on 🤩

Participation limits shared across campaigns

This new setting will let you cap the number of participations per user across different campaigns. This is especially relevant for campaigns that are duplicated for different languages or markets.

Scratchcard

A customisable instant win format where participants scratch a digital card to reveal whether they’ve won a prize or not. Turn promotions into gamified fun and increase conversions with rewards that encourage taking action.

AI assistant

We’re developing a smart text editor is coming with built-in AI features to support your campaign creation workflow. It will help you:

  • Translate content
  • Do spelling and grammar checks
  • Improve your writing
  • Adapt your tone
  • Track changes

Automated exports from reward programs

Set up data pushes from your reward programs (levels, points, rewards collected) to your CRM or CDP on a recurring basis, avoiding manual data pulls.

Hashting receipt widget

A new member portal widget powered by Hashting that will let members upload purchase receipts directly within your reward program.

It will enable members to track their receipt status (accepted, rejected, incomplete, etc.), while you connect real purchases to your reward program.

More API coverage

Qualifio is expanding its open API to give technical teams more flexibility. This includes:

  • Broader support for external integrations, including back-office configuration
  • Agentic usage of the back-office, enabling AI agents to work across Qualifio and other products of the Ibexa family
