Behind the scenes of our end-of-year campaign: Christmas at the Office 2025
Hello everyone! How’s the new year going so far? We hope 2026 has kicked off with positive energy and plenty of opportunities 🤩
A few weeks into 2026, we couldn’t help but look back at one of our favourite traditions: our end-of-year campaign. When December comes, and the work rush starts, we like to create an experience that invites our users and prospects to pause, smile and interact.
It’s also a chance to show how brands can use our platform and interactive campaigns to connect with their audience in meaningful ways, while collecting first-party and zero-party data. That’s the story behind Christmas at the Office 2025, a festive, interactive experience that went beyond the usual holiday cheer. Let’s take a step back and relive what made this campaign so memorable.
About Christmas at the office
A fun office holiday experience
This holiday season, we invited participants to swap their work desks for a playground and join Christmas at the Office 2025, a week-long adventure full of office-themed challenges. From December 8th to 12th, prospects and Qualifio users were immersed in a playful story: the company boss decided that the annual corporate gifts wouldn’t simply appear under the tree. Instead, participants had to complete daily missions to earn them.
More than just games, the campaign was about creating shared moments, sparking friendly competition, and celebrating the season in a playful, interactive way. It turned ordinary office routines into memorable experiences, proving that a little creativity (and a few surprises) can make the holidays at work truly unforgettable.
A campaign designed to inspire
Behind the fun and festive atmosphere, Christmas at the Office 2025 was created as a source of inspiration for our clients and prospects. The campaign showcased how interactive storytelling and gamification could transform ordinary office moments into memorable experiences.
By presenting a playful, fully immersive adventure, we aimed to:
- Demonstrate the versatility of our platform’s functionalities
- Show how brands can create meaningful engagement with their audiences and collect valuable data in a unique way
- Spark ideas for future campaigns

Christmas at the Office was our most successful end-of-year campaign to date. By combining storytelling, gamification, and interactive challenges, we inspired our clients and prospects to see what’s possible with our platform, from engaging their audiences in meaningful ways to collecting valuable first- and zero-party data. The enthusiasm and feedback from participants exceeded all our expectations!
How did it work?
5 days of office challenges
Each day introduced a brand-new, office-themed game designed to engage participants and test their skills in a playful, interactive way. Every challenge is built on the story, keeping players excited throughout the week.
A game embedded in a reward program
Participants could track their progress and navigate the adventure seamlessly, all from a single portal after connecting with Google or Qualifio SSO. Once logged in, there was no need to reconnect for the portal or individual campaigns.
Collect points
Players earned points based on their performance in each challenge. They could track their progress in the transaction history, see their ranking on the leaderboard, and enjoy friendly competition while discovering additional ways to earn points, such as referrals.
Redeem your reward
Once participants reached the required number of points, they could choose their favourite prize from the reward catalogue, turning every completed challenge into a real reward.
Key results and insights
It is now the time to share the results of our Christmas at the office campaign! The results have been amazing! The energy and feedback from participants exceeded all expectations. In just five days, the program delivered:

About the formats used
1. The chair race: obstacle run
For the first challenge, players kicked off the adventure with Office Rush, a chair race through the office to arrive at their weekly team meeting on time. To succeed, they had to navigate through the office, claim the bonus points while dodging obstacles, before time ran out.
The obstacle run is part of our advanced formats add-on, an extension to your current license that provides you with the ability to create fully customised and engaging arcade games without needing coding skills. It’s also an excellent tool for brands to engage their audience while increasing the time spent on their digital platforms.

2. Office scavenger hunt: hidden object
On day two, the focus shifted from speed to observation with Lost & Found with a hidden object campaign. This time, participants were challenged to put their vision to the test by hunting down forgotten office items scattered throughout the scene.
With only 10 seconds per item, players had to scan the environment carefully and spot the correct objects before the timer ran out. The more items found in time, the higher the score.

3. Sounds of the office: instant check blind test
Halfway through the competition, the challenge took a new turn with a blind test: Sounds of the Office. This time, players were invited to swap their eyes for their ears to find a series of familiar workplace noises.
By listening carefully to the audio sequence, participants had to identify and write down each office sound they recognised. Focus and attention to detail were key, and a little teamwork was encouraged. After all, some sounds are easier to spot when you compare notes with colleagues! The better the listening skills, the higher the score.

4. Kitchen duty: swap & match
On day four, Kitchen Duty put players’ speed and strategy to the test. The office kitchen was in chaos, and players had to help with tidying by participating in another advanced format campaign: a swap & match.
The goal was simple: to create as many matches as possible to clean the kitchen efficiently. The faster and more accurate the matches, the higher the points and the closer players got to unlocking their Christmas rewards.

5. Target practice: “smash it!”
The Christmas at the Office adventure concluded with a high-energy finale: a Nerf battle built using our advanced “smash it!” format.
The rules were simple but challenging — hit your colleagues to score points, but be careful not to hit the boss! Fast-paced, playful, and full of surprises, the challenge kept everyone on their toes and brought the week to a thrilling, unforgettable close.

Now that you’ve seen behind the scenes of Christmas at the Office 2025, it’s your turn to dive in! Try the game yourself and get inspired for your next campaign. There’s plenty to explore in the challenges, mechanics, and playful storytelling.
