New features and formats to power your marketing: June 2025 update
Happy summer, everyone! ☀️ We’re back with the latest updates on Qualifio, featuring fun new formats, powerful features, accessibility improvements, and a sneak peek of what’s coming to the platform soon. Let’s catch up!
Master data collection with the Qualifio Academy

Have you explored the Qualifio Academy yet? We’ve created this learning space to help you make the most of Qualifio and achieve your marketing goals ✅
You can find the academy on Qualifio, divided into three modules: Create, Collect, and Analyse. These modules feature a series of learning units, each of which contains:
- A short video tutorial: learn how to use Qualifio features and formats.
- A quiz: why don’t you prove what you’ve learned?
Earn points for everything you do in the Academy, from watching videos and completing quizzes to exploring new formats. The more you progress through the Academy, the closer you’ll reach its final challenge. You’ll need your points to unlock it! 🎓
Multi-code campaign access
Are you running buy-and-win or exclusive campaigns that restrict participation? You can now ask your audience to provide up to 5 unique access codes to participate in them! 🎟️
This enhancement is built upon our existing access code feature, which now gives you more flexibility over how you restrict campaign access via unique codes. Whether you aim to boost product sales with packaging-hidden codes or encourage more engagement by distributing access codes at the end of other campaigns, this update opens up new ways to increase participation.
Two new interactive formats
Our catalogue of interactive marketing formats keeps growing! We’ve recently welcomed two dynamic new experiences to help you engage your audience and collect valuable data: tournament brackets and slice it!
Tournament brackets
What’s the tastiest soft drink? Who’s the best football team in the competition? Or the pop star of the year? 🏆 Let your audience decide as you collect data on their preferences and drive engagement!
In this classic format, participants choose winners from multiple pairs, round by round, until only the tournament champion remains. It’s perfect for:
- Tapping into trending events or international days.
- Learning about participant interests and preferences.
- Inserting your products into a tournament for fun brand exposure.
Slice it!
Wanting to give your audience some fast-paced fun? Slice it! is a gamified format that combines quick reflexes and deep attention.
Participants slice different items as they fly through their screen by tapping or clicking on them, all while avoiding others that could cost them points or lives 🔪
You decide what appears in the game, which means you can turn your products (or anything else!) into sliceable items.
As participants keep their eyes peeled looking for these fast-moving items, you’ll manage to guide their attention directly where you want it.
Accessibility improvements
Over the past months, we’ve been actively working to make Qualifio-based content accessible to all participants, including those using assistive technologies like screen readers or keyboard navigation 🧡
Our approach started with updating features shared across campaign types, and then moving to format-specific features that make individual formats accessible. These improvements are designed to help you meet accessibility standards while ensuring that larger audiences can enjoy and interact with your campaigns.
Here are a few key updates that we’ve rolled out recently:
💬 Alternative text for images: add descriptive alt text to images, allowing screen readers to read it aloud and making your campaign more inclusive for visually impaired participants.
⏭️ Skip to content button: keyboard users can take a shortcut to the beginning of the campaign, avoiding unnecessary navigation through repetitive elements like social sharing buttons.
🎨 Outline colour for keyboard focus: define an outline colour for those elements selected when navigating via keyboard, helping participants see where they are within a campaign.
🐘 Adaptive sizing units: new sizing options like rem, vw, and vh are available for setting campaign dimensions, improving readability and adaptability across screen sizes.
Third-party CAPTCHA tools
CAPTCHA is a powerful technology to pair with your data collection campaigns and interactive contests. It helps you distinguish real participants and bots, allowing you to:
- Ensure fair participation, discouraging bots from entering contests.
- Keep a clean database, reducing spam and participation from fake personas.
- Maximise your marketing ROI, investing your budget in real participants.

You can now integrate your preferred CAPTCHA tool into your Qualifio account, such as Cloudflare’s Turnstile or Google’s reCAPTCHA. Want to set it up? Just reach out to your CSM to get it started 😊

Qualifio keeps growing and growing, and we continue to develop the platform with exciting features and formats to support your marketing success ⭐️
Advancing accessibility on the platform is currently our main focus. As we roll out more improvements, we’ll continue to keep you updated, sharing progress on our journey towards completely inclusive interactive marketing.
But, of course, we’ve got many other things in the works! Here are a few of them:
Campaign wall and play hub
While reward programs remain a successful tool for many Qualifio users to build a community around their brand and collect audience data progressively, we’re introducing two lighter, flexible alternatives to fit different needs: the campaign wall and the play hub.
Campaign wall
A no-code, branded space centralising multiple campaigns. The campaign will be available in your Qualifio account, and you’ll be able to pick a template to start with, gather and display a selection of your campaigns, and publish it wherever you want swiftly 🤝
- Make your wall anonymous or identified.
- Use it as a standalone site or embed it into your website.
- Encourage participants to explore more of your brand’s interactive experiences.
Have you already embedded campaigns into your site? Creating a campaign wall will make the experience more cohesive and increase engagement with your brand.

Play hub
Think of the play hub as the campaign wall’s gamified sibling. A dynamic, branded space that hosts multiple Qualifio campaigns and uses gamification to boost participation 👾
The play hub includes all campaign wall features, plus:
- A point and level system, allowing for offering prizes and drawing winners based on member points.
- A member leaderboard to fuel competition.
- A profile widget for each member.
- An overview of all members of the hub.
This game-like environment will help you motivate recurring participation through competitive spirit. And you’ll have easy access to enriched data profiles via profile views of individual members, tracking collected data and hub interactions.

Qualifio emails via external tools
Would you like to have more control over how emails are sent to campaign participants from Qualifio? We’re working on allowing you to connect Qualifio emails to your preferred email marketing tools. Not just to push data from Qualifio (which is already possible), but to send Qualifio emails using your own sender address and configuration, helping you fully own email deliverability and performance.
AI on Qualifio
We’re also developing new AI-powered features to help you work faster and smarter on Qualifio. Think automatic translations, spell checks, or even format recommendations based on your campaign goals. Stay tuned for more! 🤖
