November update: what’s new and what’s coming to Qualifio in the next months?
Ready for autumnal updates to your favourite data collection platform? 🍂 In case you’ve missed them, here are the highlights from the latest features released on Qualifio, as well as a sneak preview at what’s coming soon.
Age gate: restrict participation by age
Not every interactive marketing campaign is made for everyone. If you need to keep underage participants out of your campaigns, you can now restrict access to campaign minisites based on a participant’s age and location (via IP address) 🫸
Your campaign will ask participants for their birth date before getting started. If they are not considered of age for their country, you can display a message letting them know that participation is not possible for them.

💡 The age gate feature is especially valuable for age-sensitive industries, such as those with campaigns that involve products like alcoholic beverages.
Campaigns now have a public name
Every team has its own way of naming files, folders, and even Qualifio campaigns. To help keep your internal naming system while presenting a clear public name for your campaigns, we’ve added a campaign public name field in your campaign settings.
This public name will appear as the title wherever your campaign is displayed: including as a minisite, iframe, or when shared on social media. The feature also helps screen readers identify your campaign’s title and can positively impact your SEO.

Drawing winners by answers
Running large-scale contests? Qualifio’s built-in tool for winner management now includes a powerful feature to draw winners by answers.
Here’s how it works: include a multiple-choice question in your campaign and select your lucky winners only from participants who chose specific answers to your questions.
💡 Imagine your brand owns 5 shops in Paris, and you launch a gamified contest asking participants which shop is closest to where they live. You can then allocate prizes among participants who chose a certain store, encouraging them to visit after winning.
Campaign shield add-on
Safeguard your campaigns and the data you collect by ensuring that participation comes from real users within your targeted markets. The campaign shield add-on introduces two functionalities to make this possible 🛡️
External CAPTCHA tools
Do you have a preferred CAPTCHA provider you’d like to apply to your Qualifio campaigns as an extra human verification step? Consider it done! Popular tools like Google’s reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare’s Turnstile, or hCAPTCHA can already be integrated into your account in the blink of an eye, as well as any other preferences you may have.
IP-based geo-blocking
Ever launched an interactive marketing campaign targeting a specific country, only to see participants from other regions flooding your stats and taking your prizes?
With IP-based geo-blocking, you can add one extra layer of security to prevent that. Identify each participant’s location via their IP address, define which countries are eligible, and display a custom message for those who aren’t.

Support boost add-on
Different users, different needs! If you’re looking for enhanced support from the Qualifio team, along with boosted campaign throughput and speed, our support add-on is for you. It includes two functionalities 🤝
Greater helpdesk support access
Extended helpdesk support availability for complete peace of mind:
- Access to a support phone number for your account’s SPOC, both during weekdays and weekends
- Longer weekday support hours, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (CET)
- Weekend support, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (CET)
Peak performance for high-traffic campaigns
Qualifio is built to handle high peaks of campaign participants. However, if you’re running a major campaign where huge numbers of participants are expected, you can access the following features with this add-on:
- +200% throughput capacity, from 4,000 to 12,000 participants/min
- +25% campaign speed during peak activity
- Traffic overload protection with backup servers
Categories and cross-account reporting
It’s time to organise your Qualifio account or organisation exactly the way you want, and our new categories will make that possible!
What are accounts and organisations?
Some businesses use Qualifio as a single account to manage multiple brands or markets. Others use the platform as an organisation: an umbrella structure with several accounts, each dedicated to a specific brand or market, and managed by individual teams 🌍
So what are categories, and where do they fit in all of this?
Categories bring flexibility to both setups. Think of them as tags that you can use to arrange websites linked to a Qualifio account, where your campaigns are published 🏷️
There are different category types, with the most common ones being brand and geographical location.


Imagine a business that operates different Spanish websites for different brands:
- brand1.es
- brand2.es
- brand3.es
With categories, each of those websites can be tagged as either belonging to a specific brand or a geographical area:
- brand1.es: Spain + Brand1
- brand2.es: Spain + Brand2
- brand3.es: Spain + Brand3
Cross-account reporting
Here is where categories really shine.
If you use Qualifio as an organisation with multiple accounts dedicated to different brands and markets, you can use categories to map your websites and create powerful reporting dashboards.
For instance, you can build a single dashboard with stats from all campaigns published on websites for 10 brands in 10 different markets. Then, you can also filter your dashboard to view results, say, for only 2 brands in all 10 markets. Neat, huh?
This gives large organisations a flexible, high-level overview of campaign performance across brands and markets, while independent teams can continue to work within their specific accounts.
Accessibility improvements
Over the past few months, we’ve remained focused on bringing more accessibility improvements to life, from smaller features that are shared across many interactive formats to making full formats completely accessible.
We continue our dedication to making Qualifio accessible to your entire audience, with more improvements still on their way. Here are some recent highlights:
Fully accessible formats
🏆 Tournament brackets: give your buttons an outline colour, use a variety of font units or a transparent background, and let screen readers interact with your content.
👾 Catcher and maze muncher: these two fun formats now also support screen readers and keyboard navigation, as well as outline colours for your buttons.
Member portals
Member portals, the spaces where your reward programs live, have received a major accessibility boost. Widgets, tabs and buttons now support screen readers and keyboard navigation, meet contrast compliance standards, and are responsive to zoom adjustments.
More accessibility improvements to come
We’re getting there! In the coming months, more accessibility updates will be rolled out, including:

Coming soon to Qualifio
While we complete our accessibility rollout, plenty of other exciting projects are also in development! Here are some of them, and stay tuned for bigger surprises in 2026!
New gamified format: runner
Run, slide, jump! In this gamified marketing format, participants collect bonus items and avoid obstacles to achieve their biggest score before they lose all their lives 🏃
Previously available on demand from our Studio team, this format is being revamped to become part of our advanced formats add-on.
As always, you’ll be able to customise everything, from the game’s background to its character, obstacles, bonuses, and even the music.

Scheduled portal publication
Updating your reward program with new widgets, campaigns, or designs, but want multiple changes to go live at once? Soon, you’ll be able to create new portal versions and schedule the date and time they will go live, replacing your current version.
Phone number verification via SMS
Collecting accurate and verified phone numbers from their audiences is key for most Qualifio users. We’re currently working on an integration that will enable you to verify phone numbers via SMS before participants complete your campaign:
1️⃣ A participant provides their phone number through your campaign
2️⃣ The participant receives a one-time code via SMS
3️⃣ The participant enters the code, verifying their phone number and accessing the rest of your campaign
Product recommendations
Wouldn’t it be great to connect your e-commerce or PIM platform with your Qualifio campaigns to turn engagement into sales? Soon, you’ll be able to!
Display product information, prices and links directly at the end of your campaigns, all from your e-commerce or PIM, recommending personalised items per participant depending on their profile or responses.
