We configure your account so it is ready to be used by all your employees:

  • Creation of 3 company branded campaign design templates
  • Creation of 1 company branded mini-site wrapper

Technical Setup:

  • 3 identity master forms
  • Opt-in creation
  • CRM variable creation
  • Integration of your analytics tags and scripts
  • CNAME of your sub-domain + SSL (https)

Training (1/2 day):

  • Instructor-led training at your offices
  • Campaign creation
  • Document management
  • Settings management

Kick-off call

We do a call to go through the content of the kick-off mail to complete the setup of your account and plan the training day

Admin & end-user training

Once the account setup is completed, a Qualifio expert comes to your office for a training to the admin/superuser of your account.

  • the main backoffice settings
  • how to create a campaign and adapt your designs
  • how to publish your campaigns on your publication channels
