Dans chacun de ces pays, le groupe poss\u00e8de des filiales de transport au sein desquelles des \u00e9quipes marketing d\u00e9veloppent des offres adapt\u00e9es aux besoins et r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de leurs cibles. La premi\u00e8re est de <strong>d\u00e9finir la strat\u00e9gie CRM et marketing digital<\/strong> commune \u00e0 toutes les filiales de transport du groupe. La deuxi\u00e8me est de <strong>concevoir des outils marketing<\/strong> ou programmes qui puissent r\u00e9pondre aux besoins marketing de chaque filiale de transport. Et enfin, la troisi\u00e8me est de <strong>mettre en place ces outils<\/strong> en formant les responsables marketing de chaque filiale pour qu\u2019ils puissent les utiliser dans le cadre de leur fonction. Il faut nous imaginer comme un agence de marketing digital internalis\u00e9e. Pour ce faire, nous utilisons principalement la plateforme Qualifio comme un <strong>levier marketing<\/strong>. Elle permet \u00e0 nos filiales de <strong>collecter des donn\u00e9es sur leurs clients voyageurs<\/strong> \u00e0 travers des jeux-concours et autres formats interactifs. Qualifio nous a permis de mettre \u00e0 leur disposition un <strong>outil centr\u00e9 sur le marketing et la collecte de donn\u00e9es conforme au RGPD<\/strong> que chaque filiale a pu facilement mettre en place. Nous avons choisi Qualifio pour son <strong>c\u00f4t\u00e9 ergonomique, sa facilit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation et de d\u00e9ploiement<\/strong>, ainsi que pour son portefeuille vari\u00e9 de formats de campagnes. Parmi les diff\u00e9rentes solutions offertes par le march\u00e9, Qualifio \u00e9tait l\u2019outil le plus adapt\u00e9 aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de notre secteur et de notre groupe. Aujourd\u2019hui, 15 filiales de transports, dont Isilines et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tadao.fr\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tadao<\/a>, utilisent Qualifio en France pour enrichir leur base de donn\u00e9es clients.
