En total, m\u00e1s de 200 usuarios contribuyen cada a\u00f1o a la creaci\u00f3n de miles de campa\u00f1as que permiten a RTBF no solo atraer a su audiencia y mantenerla activa, sino tambi\u00e9n recopilar <a href=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/es\/blog\/datos-first-party\/\">first party<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/es\/blog\/que-son-los-zero-party-data\/\">zero-party data<\/a> fundamentales para mejorar el conocimiento que tiene de su audiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"380\" src=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/rtbf-devices.png\" alt=\"rtbf-devices\" class=\"wp-image-38451\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/rtbf-devices.png 512w, https:\/\/qualifio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/rtbf-devices-300x223.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2022, RTBF comenz\u00f3 a utilizar tambi\u00e9n<a href=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/es\/loyalty\/\"> el m\u00f3dulo Qualifio Loyalty<\/a> para crear programas de fidelizaci\u00f3n basados en la interacci\u00f3n. El objetivo ya no se limita a impulsar la creaci\u00f3n de perfiles a trav\u00e9s de concursos, sino tambi\u00e9n animar a los usuarios identificados a volver al sitio web de RTBF gracias, entre otras cosas, a la gamificaci\u00f3n y al conocimiento del usuario.
