Jedes Jahr organisiert RTBF Tausende von Kampagnen, bei denen mehr als 200 Nutzer ihren Beitrag leisten. So kann der Sender nicht nur sein Zielpublikum direkt ansprechen und aktiv einbinden, sondern auch <a href=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/blog\/first-party-data\/\">First-<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/blog\/what-is-zero-party-data\/\">Zero-Party-Daten<\/a> erheben, die wichtig sind, um sein Publikum besser kennenzulernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"380\" src=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/rtbf-devices.png\" alt=\"rtbf-devices\" class=\"wp-image-38451\" srcset=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/rtbf-devices.png 512w, https:\/\/qualifio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/rtbf-devices-300x223.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2022 setzte RTBF erstmals das <a href=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/de\/loyalty\/\">Kundenloyalit\u00e4tsmodul<\/a> von Qualifio ein, um interaktionsbasierte Programme zur Kundenbindung zu erstellen, mit der Absicht, die Profilerstellung durch die Teilnahme an Wettbewerben auszubauen und den ermittelten Teilnehmern genug Anreiz zu bieten, auf die Website von RTBF zur\u00fcckzukehren \u2013 vor allem durch die Teilnahme an den Spielen und die jeweiligen Nutzerkenntnisse. <em>\u201eWir f\u00fchren bei RTBF schon seit langem Gewinnspiele und Wettbewerbe durch\u201c<\/em>, erkl\u00e4ren Renaud Falys und Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Carton, die bei RTBF f\u00fcr CRM-Projekte zust\u00e4ndig sind, <em>aber der Gedanke an Kundenbindung durch Spielmechanismen ist noch recht neu.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-fidelo-quote quotes-wrapper\"><figure><div class=\"figure_img_container\"><div class=\"figure_img_content\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qualifio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/fred-120x120-1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div><\/div><blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir arbeiten schon so lange mit Qualifio, dass wir das Tool inzwischen routinem\u00e4\u00dfig einsetzen.
